The Hebrew University of Jerusalem

The Foreign Relations Department at the Hebrew University works to strengthen the relationship with partners and donors in Israel and abroad to develop a resource mobilization system in Israel and around the world, the purpose of which is to provide the resources required for the continued promotion and development of the university. Also, the purpose of the department is to lead and direct fundraising activities around the world, to be a partner in the branding of the university and its positioning as a groundbreaking institution and as the leading research and teaching center in Israel and among the top universities in the world, and in its contribution to the resilience of the State of Israel.

The team of the External Relations Division chose the company ROI-Clouds to lead an analysis process for the benefit of improving marketing processes and resource mobilization with the help of the Salesforce system, as well as improving system adoption indicators by the division’s staff.
